When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During sales or high-volume periods processing may take 5–7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way!
Where is my tracking number?
To keep shipping costs low for you, we ship
via USPS using first class mail with a forever
stamp. This method does not include real-time tracking. If you have concerns about your delivery please reach out to us at

How do I cancel my order?
Our products are made to order. Due to the
handmade nature of our items we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items. However we will happily replace any item that arrives damaged. To be eligible please contact us at sarina@bowandbrand.com or on Instagram @bowandbrand within 2–3 business days of
receiving your order, and include a photo of the damage.
Do you accept returns?
Our products are handmade to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items.
However, we will replace any item that arrives damaged due to shipping. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us via email: sarina@bowandbrand.com or on instagram within 2-3 working days.
